Vent-Sure
System
The
Vent-Sure ventilation blower attaches to any kiln and is wall mounted
for extra safety and longer motor life. It vents the fumes the clay,
glazes, and other materials release during firing to the outside.

Features
and Specifications:
- Adjustable
amount of venting. A vacuum bypass on the kiln bypass/collection
box adjusts the amount of venting from the system. Vent only what
you need to vent - don't waste heat and energy.
- Features
external venting. External venting is safer and surer than venting
to the inside of your kiln room with a filter.
- The
vent blower motor is mounted on the wall. This keeps the heat
from the kiln away from the motor, prolonging motor life, and
keeps the motor vibration away from the kiln (reducing misfiring
and damage).
- The
Vent-Sure system attaches to any kiln. It requires only that you
drill small holes through the kiln wall or floor and four mounting
holes. Mounting hardware and a drilling template are included.
- The
blower vents up to 130 CFM.
- Fifteen
feet of flexible exandable aluminum 3 inch diameter duct is included
along with necessary hose clamps. Longer lengths or lengths of
3" stove pipe can be used as well.
- The
blower motor features a 6 foot long 120 volt 15 amp power cord.
- Uses
only 1.37 amps.
- Designed
to use on the J series Econo-kiln, X&T series DaVinci kilns, B-series
Programatic kilns. The SQ series Dyna-kiln has its own special
venting system.
